It's some ways from Portland and the other towns, about a four hour train ride or car ride in any direction, since there is no airport for the town is too small. It has gained a steady population over the years since supernaturals became registered, but underneath it's simple nature, prejudiced against supernaturals still exist.

TOLERO ACADEMY
Tolero Academy is a boarding academy for supernatural students. It focuses on individual abilities of many species and educating them to use their abilities in everyday life, as well as the backgrounds and cultures of their species to the best of the academy's ability. Students from all over the world attend. Tolero Academy is run and funded by the government, in co-op with Vires. All supernaturals of the ages 13-18 are required to attend if they live in or around the Oregon state and must be registered.
Originally it was the home of the Lockwood family for generations, until James Lockwood took it into his own hands and turned it into an academy for supernaturals. He single handy became the face that most supernaturals looked up to and respected. His Lockwood estate was turned into Tolero Academy in 2009. Eight months later James Lockwood was killed. It would be months before the school was to reopen and the student and faculty allowed back. A new headmistress had taken over the academy flourished once again.

To the back of the Vires headquarters is the residential buildings, for onsite spies and field agents. To the west attached to the headquarters building itself is the Falcon Creek Vires Prison, for captured and unregistered supernaturals. It was the first of the Vires Headquarters to be built in the United States.

After his disappearance in 2009, the original rebels living there fled. It was abandoned for three years before Issac Morris returned to the states, mainly Falcon Creek, Oregon he reclaimed the base and is slowly building his rebellion once again. It's heavily guarded, and is always being patrolled by rebel supernaturals with dogs.
